Starting on Thursday 16th May at both 6:40pm – 7:40pm and 8:00pm – 9:00pm.

HEALING DRUM & INSPIRED GUIDED MEDITATION EVENING
Monday 13th May from 7:00-8:30pm.
All are welcome and people can come with or without drum or percussion instruments and drum, play, sit and soak up the vibrations.
The idea is that this is a completely liberating session where the intention people set along with the sound and the essence of the drums and percussion helps them to zone out, zone in, meditate, relax, recharge and, in doing so, heal. The last half hour of the session is much quieter and is a guided meditation to light meditation music, the theme of which arises through the state of meditation and energy in the room.
£5 per person, paid in advance (or £7 on the night).
