Meditation and Relaxation

The Peaceful Me meditation and relaxation courses at Haywood Road Community Centre are extremely popular and have been running since September 2017.

The next set of groups starts on May 17th providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax after the stress and hecticness of daily life.

Times are 6.40pm-7.40pm and 8pm-9pm weekly on Thursdays from 17th May.
